"This review is from a males perspective and all I have to say is Sophia is God sent! No wonder why she’s given the nickname THE NAIL DOCTOR. Very sweet and such a cheerful laugh and personality, she truly cares with her heart and feels good helping people! The nail bed on my big toe was damaged from sports about 10 years ago. My nail started growing really ugly half way up where the damage occurred. I went to podiatrists and they all said there is nothing that can be done. I started going to nail salons to cut the nail because a regular clipper didn’t work well. I’ve been to multiple different nail salons over the years and they all said nothing can be done and could only trim the nail up to a certain point. Recently my toe got stepped on hard and the nail loosened and it got really ugly and grew even uglier. The nail salon I went to said they couldn’t trim my nail and said I had to go to the doctor to get it completely removed. Randomly my mother tried Valentines Nails & Spa and Sophia helped her. My mom told her about my nail and Sophia requested to see a picture. My mom showed it to her and with complete confidence Sophia said she can help. I went in the next day and my goodness, within 5 seconds she trimmed the nail back to where NOBODY could and completely pain free! She used special tools that NO ONE has ever used and she shaved down my nail cleaned it all around really well! She guaranteed me that In two more visits she could have my nail start growing back like normal. Sophia is a miracle worker and I will definitely be coming back. I have 1000% confidence that this damaged nail of 10+ years will be a thing in the past! Thank you Sophia you are the best!"

"These ladies treat everyone with respect and are fantastic at their craft. Everything is done by hand. They are especially great with children. I brought my two kids in for a early birthday present. Very gentle. Im also a massage therapist and they exceed my expectations for foot massages. Valentines is my #1 spot for pampering."

"I'm sorry, guys. The staff are friendly. However, I have visited them a coup times. Not impressed at all. The last time, was probably the worse experience. I go in for mani and pedi. Knowing it was almost closing time , I told them never mind of the pedi. They insisted and when they saw I wasn't going to get the pedi, they rushed my mani and put me on the spa pedi chair. Mind you it was maybe like 30 mins before they close. I just went for it, as soon as I got there, the owner immediately asked if I wanted to upgrade. I felt pressured so I went with it. I'm telling you, the lady who was doing my pedi, didn't give me the 10 mins massage, didn't used any "special" anything, expect a small maybe penny size amount of scrub who she only used on my legs. Since, it was time to close, they rushed my pedi as well and didn't let me stay to let my toe nails done. I had to walked in the rain with those flip flops they gave they you. To say the least my pedi got ruined in the rain and my gel mani started cracking 3 days later. Because I don't like to be unfair, I went back and explained to the owner what happened. She of course, denied everything I said and told me she could fix for $25 which is what a gel mani cost. Not only that but she also said I should do a powder gel instead which cost $40, but she was going to let me have it for $35. I mean, what?. I'm dissatisfied because I also felt like I had to give them a tip. If you are looking to give this place a visit. Don't get upgrades or go an hour before they close. Not worth it. I will be calling my bank, since they didn't want to fix it unless I paid them more."
