"When I can get an appointment there, I am happy with the people that work there. However, I am in acute back pain right now and the first time I can get in is in a month from now. Being that they are a pain management center, I feel that they should do better than that."

"Called for an appointment and were told we would need a referral, ok no problem. BUT, the lady proceeded to tell me nobody at that facility would see my husband until he paid his balance and made us out to be deadbeats that don't pay our bills!! I can't pay a bill I don't know about that is from an eye surgery 4 years ago!! No problem, we'll take our money and business to a provider who bills insurance properly and employees people who have some manners. I'll gladly pay what I owe if I know about it. And is this what our healthcare system is more concerned with?? Money instead of treating patients who need medical assistance. Shame on you MMC."
