"Pictures can talk… took me 6 hrs to gather the courage to write a review abt the horrible experience i had. I asked for a V shaped nails and after she was done cutting them, i didn’t like it so i asked to make it U as I didn’t like them very much. She rudely said ‘but u said V’. Obviously i said V but didn’t like so asked to just shape them into U. I asked for a pink with glitter/sparkle for my toe nails and due to some misunderstanding they colored it different.. I couldn’t see what was being done to my legs due to my hand covering my eyes coz one lady was working on my hands… when i realized they were applying a wrong color i stopped them. Then again she rudely said ‘why didn’t u tell when she started applying’. When i showed them the picture of what i want, still they couldn’t figure out what i wanted and did some experiment on my toe nails. Coz they were so rude and didn’t have much knowledge, i just accepted what they applied without a word. Even the layer of the sparkle was not applied softly if u can see in the pictures. Am posting this exactly 6 hrs after i got this done and you can see the condition of the nails… every issue that i pointed to them, they said it is supposed to be like that… so I had to calmly get what i was being given. i swear my friend warned me but i thought I should give it a try. My bad. And ya even after their bad service, i tipped them. So overall i spend 100$ including tip for this service that u can see in the pics"

"UPDATE: I call yesterday and they asked me to go back to fix my issues with my nails! Now they are looking so much better. The person(GG) took the time and patience to clean properly my nails and fix it! Also she added sparkles ✨ to my nails. Happy with the results!!!. Unfortunately my nails doesn't look as good as I thought :(. I went to get Gel and after, the nails looked so bad. I'm pretty sad about it because I paid for it but the results are just sad! I did my toes and eyebrows, those are looking ok but my concern are my nails :'( pretty pretty sad, I have to go to a wedding using those nails because I already spent the money on getting it "pretty"."

"Every single time I get my nails done the exact next day a nail chips or breaks, usually multiple. I'll spend the extra money from now on and go elsewhere. I shouldn't always have to go back the following day to get my poorly done nails fixed. Not to mention I was laughed at when I asked for a V French tip.. LyLy did not meet my expectations. Per your response it’s after every nail set I get done at your salon, it’s not my doing. I will not come back every time for your employees mistakes, even at no charge. It’s wasting my time. It was not even 12 hours after my appointment that all happened. It’s unfortunate that such low quality is done by your employees for a regular who always tips over 30%. I will from now on spend my money at any other nail salon and encourage others to do the same in 4s."
