I have been waiting over 2 months and no one ever bothered to text me or send me a message on my chart. Furthermore they could not tell me where they sent my new referral, they could not find the name of the new Dr."

"Took my nine year old foster son in for an appointment as he has not been feeling well. The nurse that called us in was grumpy from the start and was short with him from the start. He misunderstood what she asked him and walked into an exam room next to the scale and she snapped at him that she told him to stand by the wall not go in a room. Once in the exam room he was nervous and apprehensive, especially since she was so short with him before. She attempted to take his temperature and instead of telling him, stuck a probe in his ear when she thought he was not paying attention. This caused him to panic and pull away to which she replied “you are nine. I have three year old patients better behaved than you”. At this point he started crying. Then she stepped back and proclaimed that his behavior was too poor for her to deal with. At this point I stopped her and advised her that her bedside manner was atrocious and that she knows nothing of my foster sons history but should know that he has an extensive trauma background and her attitude towards him is causing him further trauma. After some more explanation from me she apologized and admitted that they were short staffed and she was tired. I told her that I felt bad she was short staffed but that was no excuse to take it out on a nine year old child. I also told her that I should not have to explain to her that my child has an extensive history of trauma in order for her compassionate side to come out. At this point with my help she was able to get the vitals she needed."

"I had a filling done back in May/June. When the dentist was done she told me she may have left the filling high and I may need to go back for modification. Now mid September and I’ve been dealing with pain since. I went back in and she said it’s high so she is going to grind it down. I told her water makes my tooth hurt and the whole left side of my head as well. She tries to go in with the grinding tool without any anesthesia. When I complained that’s when she offer to numb it. When I tell you this dentist has no regard to human care I mean it. No sense of service towards the individual whatsoever. I suspect I need a root canal. I’m going somewhere else to find out. This whole experience was a nightmare, especially when being in that office. The whole atmosphere is like they don’t even want you to be there. Could it be because it’s a community clinic? How ironic right??? Needless to say I’m never going back and would not recommend anyone else go to that facility."
