"This dentist was the most disinterested dental disservice I have ever encountered my 76 years of life in four countries! She or her office assistants had accepted a dental appointment for me and without any notification before, cancelled that appointment less than ,15 minutes after I arrived at her dental office. Her office assistants said I was no longer one of their dental patients, since my Delta Dental plan under MediCal had not extended their coverage to include my current dental plates that her service had delayed for almost three months, due a combination of transportation issue on my part, and a delay in her taking competent impressions, as well as my having taken FOSAMEX as a medication that complicated a necessary dental extraction of a tooth! I waited patiently most of that time without hearing back from her to arrange a suitable appointment for the extraction and a third taking of dental impressions! It was abundantly clear that this dentist felt she was waiting her precious time and more lucrative earning potential she would normally have with non-Medical, non Delta-Care patients, so she cancelled.my urgent appointment summarily upon my arrival! I was abruptly reminded of my situation!"
