NO misunderstanding about the referral, you owed me $1000 and paid me $500. It was brought up several times to your manager, actually copy of text from March 22nd ( Since there's new owners does that mean the 2nd $500 check isn't happening? )"

The individual units are well insulated so we rarely hear our neighbors or random outside noise. The shared areas are well maintained by the staff. If there is an maintenance issue, it is addressed quickly and efficiently. The office and maintenance staff are awesome! We extended our lease due to the ease of living here. Highly Recommend!!"

"I move to Hall Creek about 7 months. Since the first time I saw the apartments, I felt in love. They are so spacious. (I love the fact that they have a garage). At first I was disappointed because the air conditioning, garbage disposal, and washing machine wasn’t working. I just went ONE TIME to the office to tell them about it, I thought I’ll have to wait couple weeks, but actually was less then 30 min and they FIX EVERYTHING. Love how quiet it is. If you’re looking for an apartment I would definitely recommend Hall Creek. Everyone in here is so friendly. Also, the furniture is in really good condition. The maintenance service is the best!"
