"I got my face waxed yesterday and I have multiple burns on my cheek and upper lip area. Extremely disappointed with the service and the product they use here. I chose this place purely because of the sugaring wax. When I asked the esthetician about why she’s not using the sugaring wax, she mentioned that they don’t use sugaring for face since it doesn’t pull all the hair out. I’d prefer sugaring over hard wax any day. Hard wax burnt my skin and it’s going to take weeks for the scars to disappear. Absolutely not worth the money! Cheap and low grade products! If I could, I’d give negative rating. I used to really like this place, not anymore!!"

"AWESOME and I’ve been waxing since 1990 and after my first wax with this location I could not believe that there was no pain!! Of course there was a little bit of pain like you were pulling a hair out of your arm however the type of wax that they use is wonderful because the pain is a lot less. Same with ingrown hairs. Between my last wax (May 2018) and I would usually have at least one ingrown hair and I’ve had zero. This location is very clean brand new, it’s easy to make appointments and they are extremely professional; they are on it!! Cleanliness of course is one of the first things I look for and it was and is perfectly clean. My waxer, so sorry I don’t remember her name, was very professional very quick and easy and painless. The wax they use is great it’s possibly the most painless wax in my bikini area I’ve ever had. I give this place five stars. I’ve been waxing since I was 15 years old So I do have have sensitive skin, so I am absolutely thrilled I found a great waxing place close to home. You guys are awesome keep up the good work! Five stars all the way!"

"I love the fact that they have a loyalty program for their recurrent customers. Other places they just say if you come you come & really don't make you feel like you are appreciated & its different in this business. Plus the Estheticians are all great I haven't had a favorite, but because they are all that amazing. It's a vulnerable area when you get a wax, but because they are all trained & overall make you feel that comfortable that you forget that you don't have you panties on. And prices are actually really good, other places want to charge you an arm & leg & on top of that they want you to pay for 3 or more months in advance. Here they give you the opportunity to decide if you want to be on auto pay & if you decided you get another discount! So I would really recommend this business for your waxing needs."
