"I have been a patient of Dr. Katnick for over thirty years with my only complaint being the long wait times after arriving for an appointment. The office is always very busy and hectic but they do get the job done. My dentist for the last fifteen years has been Dr. Olsen and is likely the reason I keep coming to this practice. Dr. Olsen is an excellent dentist and cares about his patients. There have been several occasions when he has adjusted his price to make needed procedures affordable. I like the fact that he is very open and honest about what is needed. I particularly appreciate that he asks how I'm doing during procedures and will stop to add more numbing medication mid-way through a procedure when warranted. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the long wait times after arriving for an appointment."

"I've gone to them for years and there is only 1 dentist that knows what he's doing. When my dentist cut his days down to 1 day a week, I was handed over to Olson who is heavy handed and very unlikable. The last time I was there Katnik examined me for a tooth ache and said everything was good in my mouth. I went to get a second opinion somewhere else and I had 4 cavitives and will need a root canal or my tooth pulled. This is unexceptable! I've spent thousands in this office and consider myself lucky to have gotten out when I did."

"I have been going to Dr. Katnik for many years, and my children. I am impressed how fast the get me to the back. I love all the fish tanks, and staff. I have never had a bad experience, or my children. My son was 4 and needed a filling. They were very comforting to him and he did very well. Every time I go I get a cleaning on top of what I'm there for. I personally have had 2 crowns, and they are over 10 years old and doing great. I am now working to get my husband in. I recommend them. My favorite was they only charged me my deductible, took what insurance paid, and waived the balance. Very helpful on my budget."

"Very rude customer service from all parties. Dr Katnik is in the process of selling his practice. You will probably not see him unless you are an established patient. He has farmed out all business to younger, less experienced dentists. Some of these apprentice dentists have very bad "chair side manner." I had to demand a change of dentist after the first was incompetent. They charge you for not canceling 24 hours in advance. Yesterday I was there, and although I had 2 injections, I was not numb, and was asked to reschedule for April! They didn't even offer me a cleaning. Also they routinely over-book themselves, so be prepared for a long wait in their terrible lobby chairs. Not recommended."

"I can't think of a more painful experience in real life than dental work. Notwithstanding that, Olson got the teeth out with a minimum of discomfort and time. He kept the suffering to a minimum. Everything did happen quickly, like a well oiled machine. I didn't go there for a friend, I didn't find one. I did find a competent dentist that did his work with dispatch professionally. Dr Olson is a pro. Bedside manner is just icing on a cake. If that's important to you, tell them that on the phone before your first appointment. I would be surprised if that need was not accommodated."
