"Truly awful experience. Dr Ascough is great, but the never-ending revolving door of assistants are rarely qualified to do anything skillful. The preparation for my crown took around 15 minutes (done @ 3:20) and the temporary administered by the assistants took an hour and fifteen minutes (done @ 4:35). The assistant declared that the "Magic" was about to happen unfortunately the preparation for the temporary apparently was done incorrectly, something having to do with wax. She then announced she would need to go "old school" and use the caulking gun or whatever it is. The thing got stuck and for 20 minutes my tooth was drilled on, and a pair of pliers was used to try and pry it off. It felt like a 20-minute extraction with expired anesthetic. Finally, was resolved by Dr. Ascough. Stood around the front desk while the trainee tried to look up my bill. Paid the $1300 and finally was able to leave."
