"I would not recommend this Nicholas Dietz for a teeth cleaning. He provided a substandard incomplete teeth cleaning. I was looking for a new dentist to establish care and get a teeth cleaning. The practice had good reviews and he was available. After checking in, we did some standard X-rays of my teeth. However, after being seated, it took nearly 20 minutes for the dentist to arrive. I almost got up out of my chair because I thought he forgot about me. When he arrive, he spent about 2 minutes doing a dental exam and gathering a history. He then spent about 4 minutes doing scaling only on my bottom front teeth. He did not do any scaling on the rest of my teeth. As soon as he finished, I told him that I have tartar and stain in my back molars but he said his hygienist would polish it off. I thought the hygienist would do some additional scaling but she spent a few minutes polishing/flossing and then told me I was done. I told her to hand me a mirror and can see that the tartar and stains were not removed from my teeth. I had the dentist come back in to provide a more thorough cleaning. He spent another 15 minutes cleaning scaling my teeth and recommended I bleach my teeth for set in stains. This dentist charged extra for fluoride treatment and did not use an ultrasonic scaler. He spent about 10 minutes on my dental care. I would never see this dentist again. He provided a substandard incomplete teeth cleaning. I have had previous dentist and dental hygienist who were thorough and would spent 20-30 minutes cleaning every single teeth with a combination of scaling, ultrasonic scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatment. Because I had had proper teeth cleaning in the past, I know that my dental tartar and stains can be removed if cleaned appropriately. When I went home, I used my own scaler to remove the remaining stains that he said needed to be bleached. Unfortunately there this is not the first time this has happened to me. There are many dentist out there who will do these quick incomplete cleanings and bill insurance for the entire thing. However, I also have met great dentists and hygienist who have performed proper cleanings so I know how my teeth should look and feel afterwards."

"Excellent Staff! My front tooth had me in pain; evenworst, I had to start classes soon. Called Tierrsanta Dental and, they worked me in with a same day appointment. WOW! Dr. Habashi evaluated then consulted with Dr. Lakisic for a root canal. After the consult with Dr. Lakisic, I was out of pain in less than an hour ready to begin my EMT classes. So grateful for the staff and Dr.'s at Terrisanta Dental that helped me achieve my goal. Thank you again!"

"This dental practice is an absolute disappointment, a hotbed of disappointment! It's a total sham, the absolute worst spot to trust your teeth to. The dentists here are solely fixated on emptying your wallet without giving a hoot about your well-being. I visited this place nine months ago for a routine cleaning and inquired about a deep cleaning. I was told it's typically a once-in-a-lifetime thing, but if it had been a while, they could consider it. I decided to ponder it and return if I wished to proceed. Fast forward to today, I specifically requested a regular cleaning when I made the appointment. However, upon arrival, they suddenly sprang the cost of a deep cleaning on me. When I reiterated that I only wanted a regular cleaning, they arrogantly dismissed me, stating they had done it as a courtesy last time and refused to accommodate my request. What a waste of time! I'm steering clear of this dental office and strongly urge others to do the same. This experience has driven me to seek out a different dental practice, far, far away from this circus."

"The staff was great and professional, the front desk Devion & Patty were patient and welcoming. Dr. Tice & Oscar walked me through my check up professionally, great recommendations from them on maintenance and care of my teeth and gums, patient and answered all and any questions or concerns I had. Glad that I dropped by, this office I will most definitely be continuing to receive care from them!"

"I do not suggest this dental office. I’ve never had a dentist refuse to do a routine cleaning that’s covered by insurance and will only do a deep cleaning (approx $1,500 out of pocket with insurance). I spent 4 hours in the chair and just got my teeth polished and an onlay done. I went in May and it was 2 hours in the chair and I hadn’t even seen the hygienist so I left. There was zero communication on why there was such a long wait sitting alone in the chair. The dentist missed a cavity that was on my X ray in May, so at my recent appointment in which I decided to give them a second chance, now I needed an onlay due to this cavity which was nearly $600 out of pocket. This office seems to take making money over caring for patients. I had to express that I cannot financially afford deep cleanings and i don’t want my dental hygiene to decline because they refuse to do it. They finally agreed to just polish my teeth. I’ve never experienced this in my life. They billed my insurance for a full cleaning, so I have to wait yet another 6 months when I never received a cleaning in May or November, but they billed the insurance as such. After consulting with friends and neighbors, and reading other reviews it seems that the high pressure sales tactics of pushing deep cleanings is pretty standard practice. Please go elsewhere. Staff was nice, but he an advocate for yourself and seek a second opinion before wasting thousands of dollars."
