"I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Malone! I am on a visit with family in San Diego but am from Texas, during my visit I started getting a lot of pain from a toothache. I called Dr. Malone’s office on Monday 9-14-20 and they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency visit same day. Dr. Malone has the BEST bed side manners I have experienced with dental visits, if only he lived in Texas I would make him my primary dental care!!!! "first I'll say the nurses were pleasant but not attentive. the person at the front desk had more tact than them all. the doctor, Dr Malone, was insensitive and rude. from snarky comments when I expressed pain, walking in the room and not acknowledging me, having a conversation and looking away while holding a needle in my gums, leaving used gloves on top of tools, to simply not informing me what was going on. I won't go back for my next appointment and I certainly don't suggest anyone make an appointment with him."

"Saw me right away and his first concern was my comfort. I am a verrry verry bad patient and have panic attacks and trouble holding still and he was so patient and did not treat me like some kind of child as I have had other dentist do. He treated me with dignity even though I was crying like a baby! He did give me a couple of anti-anxiety pills to take before my next visit which is kind. Dr Malone also fixed my problem with one visit. He saw my pain, numbed me immediately, diagnosed the problem and extracted my infected rear molar all in a couple of hours from just the time I called and said I needed an emergency visit. Never had a dentist act so quickly for me before."
