"Let me start off stating that this dental location is phenomenal. Everyone that I had encountered today was awesome and very pleasant. I had a chipped tooth and they were able to get it fixed the same day I called about it. (Dr. Flamenco did an AMAZING job on my chipped tooth. YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL IT WAS CHIPPED PRIOR, that's how GOOD he is) The timing must have been perfect because they do have scheduling for appointments. 1. Ruby was very helpful and attentive on the phone. She was able to squeeze me in before the holiday as I had chipped my front tooth yesterday. She was great! 2. Maegan was pleasant and respectful. An amazing Dental Assistant. She was delicate and thorough when performing the X-Rays, and also fantastic at assisting Dr. Flamenco during the procedure. 3. Dr. Flamenco is an amazing Dentist. He knows his profession and is very thorough. He makes sure everything is going well and checks in with you during the procedure. Great recommendations and by far the best/thorough Dentist I have had. All in all, this location is fantastic. And I'm very honest in my reviews of locations. If you're looking for a Dentist, give them a try. Worst case scenario it's not for you but I highly doubt that considering the exceptional service at this location."

"My son saw 3 doctors and two lactation specialist before seeing Dr.Flamenco. He’s was the only one that gave us a direct answer, everyone else said “he’s in the grey area, maybe he needs a frenectomy and maybe not”. I’m glad we decided to go with Dr. Flamenco, he’s very professional and has the right equipment(laser) for the procedure. Other doctors cut it with scissors, which doesn’t have the same output. The laser cuts and seals so no open wound. The day of my son’s operation he gave me his number and told me I can call him directly if I was concerned. He also called and checked in on my son. In conclusion, he was the right choice, you won’t regret choosing Helix Dental!"

"This review was based on my initial office visit as a new patient. My previous dentist was no longer in my "network," so I had to find another practice. And as others have mentioned, it is a bit of a daunting task. I did try and do as much research as possible via the Internet, which is how I found Dr. Flamenco, and I'm very glad that I did. My initial visit was a very positive experience, and I was truly impressed with both Dr. Flamenco, as well has his outstanding staff. Everybody working there was professional, positive, and had great attitudes- from the front desk to the techs. My first impression of Dr. Flamenco was that he's outstanding. The initial check-up was much more thorough than any other practice that I've been to by far. And he really seemed to care about the condition of my teeth. I also thought Dr. Flamenco was very generous with his time, and I found him to be both pleasant and easy to communicate with. Again, very impressed. The office was up-to-date and very clean. It also appears they have some pretty up-to-date technology as well. I've already recommended this practice to two other people, which I'll also echo here. Highly recommended!"
