"Very Disappointed of this dental office and the Orthodontic department from the moment my son got his 1st appointment to put on his braces we got there and they said they did not have the braces to put on we had to reschedule for another day they could of called us to reschedule his appointment. They put on the braces and they got a new Orthodontist we went thru 3 different Orthodontist and each single time we had thru go thru a consultation and start all over. They referred him to Oral Surgeon we had 3 consultations and were ready to get oral surgery and they said they have a new oral surgeon we had to start all over again. We started again and then the new oral surgeon left on Military leave. I paid in full and nothing was done they just made us waste our time and money still waiting for my refund every time I call they say they are still working on it."

Dr. Alan Mohammed, a consummate professional, worked out several options plus I had a consultation with a specialist before the final plan was worked out that fit my age, health and budget. "I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist due to very sensitive teeth and a lot of bad experiences. The entire team at Gentle Dental is very kind and didn't judge me when I explained my anxiety or pain prior to scheduling my first appointment. Dr. K, the dentist, is very knowledgable, calming, and respectful. In my first appointment, she explained the possible reason behind my painful past experiences (the first dentist ever to believe me and have an explanation for the pain). She prescribed me special toothpaste to help rebuild my enamel. Maria, who assisted in my X-ray's and recent crown (not the funnest thing I've had to do but I believe they did a great job despite my mid-treatment meltdown) was very personable and sweet. Kate, the hygienist who recently did my cleaning was so gentle, understanding, and careful with all of my sensitive spots! Before the cleaning, when I told her my concerns, Kate worked with me to identify what the specific cause of my pain was during my cleanings in the past, and then proceeded to do the whole cleaning avoiding the tools we discussed were likely the problem. It was the least painful cleaning experience I've ever had and I left feeling so relieved that I FINALLY found a dentistry that respects the fact that I'm unique, experience a lot of pain at the dentist, and works with me to not only insure that my teeth are healthy and I'm getting the right treatment, but that I also have the most pain-free, pleasant experience possible during my visits. I've been dentist hopping for years - I finally found one that I plan to keep going back to! See you all soon :)"
