Had an issue recently where they messed up a filling and wanted to charge me ~$150 to fix it because it was just over a year since the they performed the treatment. To me it's silly they wouldn't warranty their work by merely a few days and are willing to lose an entire family from their practice over this. We tried several other dentists in the San Diego area, looking for a place that would be able to provide effective pediatric care for my two young daughters, along with care for my husband and me. Both of us have to get major work done (dealing with my baby tooth; he has to get crowns). Dr. Bethany Englund was super helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all my different options and laying out the pros and cons of implant vs bridge, etc. THEN, the team at the front desk went above and beyond to help us figure out finances and talk through each line item to explain the procedure for care. THEY ARE AMAZING. The whole team. Start to finish. Beginning to end. Teeth wizards and customer service mavens. LAHV."
