"They are so nice here and have a cute set up but because of the heat they are no longer operating outdoors. I was so caught off guard when I arrived that I went ahead with my appointment. Had I known, I for sure would have cancelled as I don't feel comfortable in indoor spaces. As a business, they should have communicated to your customers to be given a chance to cancel or reschedule."
