"Went there for a cleaning and xrays right after I ate lunch. Xrays were taken and photos of my teeth were taken with my mouth still with food. Never had cleaning done. Was asked to pay for additional cleaning that my insurance didn't cover and I refused. They really tried to convince me to pay for the unnecessary cleaning. I have perfect teeth BTW Went to another dentist."

"Best dentist I've ever experienced. Willing to actually help and teach you how to take proper care of your teeth. Only office that does things perfectly and explains things clearly. They know their stuff. Would never switch to another office. Also very clean and updated. Switched over to here after a previous dentist I was unhappy with, they can't compare!"

"I honestly don't understand where any positive reviews for this office come from. The one and only visit my family had here included a giant ragged hole in the ceiling of the exam room and the dental assistant spending the entire time talking about a pregnancy scare she had. The dentist had an awful bedside manner and wasn't kind, compassionate, or professional. We immediately found somewhere else to go with a completely different outcome that was both positive in outcome and lesser in uncovered costs. Additionally, this office has now been contacting my family for months claiming that we have given them the wrong insurance information and making claims that if we don't resolve it, we will have to pay for the visit in full. I have already confirmed with both our new dental office AND our insurance itself and have been assured that the insurance cards we provided had the information needed, and that they could even call the insurance number with the info on the card and confirm our insurance. I have now had to take time out of my day to file a grievance over this. We have been to our fair share of not-great dentists, but this has to be the worst experience we've had."

"I have been going here since September of 2020. I have not at a bad experience. Everybody is very professional from Rosie up front at check in. My hygienist Liz is top notch. Finally can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Patino she goes out of her way to make sure you understand everything that is going to happen and what to expect after. This is a great office. I would recommend them. I will continue to get my mouth cared for by them."
