"I had a toothache from Friday night(yesterday) and it became very worse the next day(today). I thought it was just come and go because I've never had this kind of toothache before. I couldn't hold onto the pain, so I searched internet/media around dentist in the morning, but most of them were closed on Saturday. I found some places that are open bi-weekly on Saturday and called, but no chance of getting an appointment for the new patient for the same day. When I called this place, I got rejected for the same day treatment as appointments were fully booked. The receptionist asked me how badly I was in pain and I told her it's pretty painful. She told me to hold on for a while and then told me back if I could come by 12:30 p.m. The whole crew spared their 30 min of lunch hour for me! I drove straight to this place and finally got a treatment from 12:30p.m. and now feeling much better. I felt this place was like a family. They cared about the patient, even for a new patient. Thank goodness! It was not about the money. It was about their mind and attitude of caring for the patient. They sacrificed their 30 minutes lunch time and saved me from severe pain. I am very thankful to everyone and decided to write a review for anyone who may fall into the same situation."
