"Let me save you a trip this dental office is NOT for you, the dentist and assistants are good however it takes the front desk forever to put in your claims in order to receive your money back. I’ve been trying to get my refund back for a while now, the first claim it took them THREE WEEKS to enter my claim, claims already take a month to process alone. Then we I have received my claim back I call the office 2 weeks in a row, they told me they hadn’t seen anything so I asked them to call my insurance which they can do and they still haven’t because I called again today and they still haven’t called my insurance. It is a hassle to have your dental affairs here. If I could give it, zero stars, I would."

"Front Desk is incompetent. I tried to come here for the first time as it is in my insurance's network. After filling out the paperwork I was told that my Copay was $150 for a cleaning and exam. I asked if this was correct as my insurance clearly states preventative work is 100% covered. The guy at the front desk gave me a hesitant response and tried to convince me this was correct. I called my insurance after and had them on the line confirming that my Copay should be $0. The younger girl who was trying to help rudely responds " What do you want me to do? Call them again to get another estimate?" Like yeah, obviously that is what you should do when the insurance provider themselves were on the line with me telling me I had a $0 Copay. I was very polite up to this point despite the mix-up as I am sure it was an honest mistake. What I did not like was the attitude the girl gave me and the apprehensiveness to check that they had the right information. I ended up leaving without being seen because I don't want to have to call my insurance every time to double check the price I am being told. This is twice as frustrating when I was having some minor tooth pain. This was on 11/1/23 in the morning in case the owner would like to know which staff needs to be retrained."

"Definitely the best dentist I've ever had, and my wife agrees. She's very receptive of what we have to say, and is very efficient. I got some cavities filled, and my mouth was feeling back to normal VERY quickly afterwards (some dentists overdo it on the numbing stuff, she used the perfect amount). My wife has a dentist phobia, and a needle phobia, and they've been super good at working with her to make her experience as smooth and painless as possible. I highly recommend this dentist if you've had bad experiences in the past, she'll show you what a good dentist is like!"

"Uncomfortable experience overall. Came for just cleaning. Arrived just 5mins late, called ahead of time for the delay. Resulted in 2 hrs to clean my teeth, blamed on me arriving late. Clumsy assistant to dentist, flossed too hard and caused pain, broke the floss string 3 times. I could have just flossed myself. Was forced to get X-rays even though I just got 2 months ago. Didn't get copy of my cavity treatment plan even though I requested several times, I was told they can't email only discuss over phone. Update: September 26, 2022: I called to schedule a revisit for cleaning. I was told next appointment is on Wednesday September 28 at 10am. I asked them to hold my appointment as it works really well for me. I was then put on hold for 20mins and told that they are reviewing my file. When the operator picked up the phone, she told me that spot is gone, given to someone else and said I was speaking to someone else so she knew something at all what I spoke earlier. I was on phone whole time, requested a available slot and they on purpose gave it to someone else. Disgusting and pathetic practice to say the least. Stay away everyone. I have never seen a dentist worse than this."

"Dr. C, Jackie, Alex and Stephanie are so helpful and friendly! They make each visit the best with their smiles. All of them show they are happy to be at work. They help explain procedures, x-rays, and any questions I have. My oral care is in the best hands because of each person in this office. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for professionalism, cleanliness, and years of experience."
