"I was a bit hesitant to go to the dentist during COVID and well because nobody likes going to the Dentist, but was blown away by the care and effort put into making me feel comfortable and safe. Temperatures were checked, everything was sanitized, and my hygienist was amazing and wearing 2 masks, goggles, and a face shield. I’m very happy I went, everyone was wonderful as always. "Okay, let's be honest, no one really wants to go to the dentist. However, I have been a client of Dr Majd for more than four years now and, as usual, had an amazing experience recently. They were able to get me in quickly and did a great job. What really set them apart in, my opinion, was both Dr Majd and her assistant Moe's skill, knowledge, care and compassion. "I had to get a root canal done by a specialist and was told that after getting the root canal, I would have to get a crown put on within 4 weeks of the procedure. The front desk at Prime Dental kept telling me that they were waiting on authorization from my insurance to begin work on the crown. I called my insurance and they had no acknowledgement of such a request. It is now coming up on 6 weeks and not one person has called me for an update. The front desk is very unprofessional. Fortunately last week I was able to call a different dentist, and they where able to schedule AND do my crown within a couple days of calling. The doctor (dentist) at Primal is good. I have no problems with her. It's trying to get through the front desk that is the problem"
