"Very rude and insensitive. I came in today after making an appointment over the phone. They were very rude, almost snapping their fingers for me to hurry up. The lady who wanted to shampoo my hair would get mad when i didnt understand what she wanted me to do (she barely spoke English) and pointed out some skincare flaws even though I was only there to dye my hair. She insisted about cutting my hair until I had to clarify I had come in for a dye job (I had already told them what I wanted when I called them). I am never coming back. Very unprofessional."
