"Nelson Howard is, by far, the best dentist I've ever had. Skilled, focused, intelligent and, above all, gentle. When I first came to him, a previous dentist in the Rancho Bernardo area had left me with an enormous bruise on my cheek after struggling to numb my very sensitive teeth enough to put a crown on. Dr. Howard is much better at placing the anesthetic and is kind and patient with pain-shy patients like me.
