"Dr. Demko and staff are so gentle, kind, organized, and professional. It’s a pleasure to walk in the doors. My elderly father was referred here and we couldn’t be happier. He needs a significant amount of dental care and each appointment is completed without pain or a problem. Dr Demko leaves time for questions and gives good advice for care at home. We’re also working with the hygienist, Lisa. She’s a professional with a wonderful way of communicating. I know my dad is valued here."

"Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here despite liking Dr. Demko and all the staff. I feel somewhat taken advantage of. When I first scheduled an appointment I noted that my insurance was Delta Dental PPO and they never mentioned that this office is out of network. We had several exchanges about insurance and not one time did they mention they were out of network. Ultimately, I am responsible for making sure they are in network but I suspect it is professional courtesy for them to clarify. They promptly scheduled and charged for TWO cleanings, an evaluation, and x-rays all within a month for a 32 year old with otherwise good teeth. Now I cannot even get a cleaning at an in network dentist for another year without paying 100%. I had to pay 700$ out of pocket for service that would have been covered 100% in network. Now I should say that the dental service was great and the office is nice. Just make sure you know if your insurance is in network before receiving service as you cannot expect them to help you."

"Dr. Demko is wonderful with kids! We brought our two year old in for a check-up and he was fantastic about making the dentist experience fun and not scary. He used language that our son could understand, explained what he was doing and engaged him in helping with using the tools and lights. We were able to do a full teeth cleaning and he was super informative on what is appropriate dental hygiene for kids this age. At the end of the visit my son was able to visit the toy chest and select a prize. He loved the experience and wants to go back to the dentist!"
