"My son attended hopebridge Monday through Friday 4.5 hours a day. He absolutely loved going here!! All of the techs are so passionate and loving ❤️ you can tell they really care about the kiddos and bond with them. My son had incredible progress, they were able to potty train him and he’s been sooooo much more verbal, alert and engaging. It was a wonderful experience working with them and we already miss them. Meagan especially is so nice and has a big heart. ❤️❤️"

"I received multiple recommendations to this place for my child so I applied my child for Speech/OT they accepted our insurance but unfortunately I haven’t received any communication or anyone calling back from voicemails I left from two months ago. Horrible customer service."

"On 1/17/23 at 1:14pm Olivia called about my ABA referral. At the time, we were overwhelmed and adjusting to new information as our son was just diagnosed with Autism. I told her I had to talk with my husband, but that I would reach out again. On 1/24/23 at 12:04pm I called and left Olivia a message stating we were ready to proceed with ABA services and referral. I called again on 1/25/23 at 4:05pm and left another message. On 1/27/23 @ 2:47pm, I called Olivia again and was told the voicemailbox was full. Olivia never reached out to me after 1/17/23 despite the multiple calls and two voicemail messages. I called her again on 2/13/23 at 11:49am and was still unable to leave a voicemail. I would have appreciated if her voicemail had another number I could contact, but it did not. So, unsure of who to contact, I reached out to the Hopebridge in Hendersonville, TN since this is the clinic we would be working with. On 2/13/23 at 11:50am I talked with someone from this location and was told that I was on the waiting list and that someone would reach out and contact me about a referral. I called again at the end of March and April. I was told that the waiting list was long but that I would be contacted soon. On 6/12/23 I emailed Hopebridge asking about the waiting list. I received a response that day saying I was never put on! They are not communicating with each other or helping new parents through this process."

"My grandson started 8 months ago at age 4. These people are amazing. He was non verbal, not potty trained, not making eye contact etc..when he started. He had been in speech , OT and everything I could get him in since the age of 2 with no progress. The people here had him potty trained and saying words in one month. He’s now fluent on his speech device. He’s talking and blossoming so rapidly it blows my mind. The amount of love they show for the kids is heartwarming. They’re passionate about what they do. I love them so much and it’s the first time I don’t have to worry about him. He has never once cried to go there. I would recommend this school 100%. They are angels. My baby loves them and it means so much to us. BCBA Meg is the absolute best. A really wonderful girl, full of knowledge and she radiates happiness that is contagious. The entire team is wonderful"
