"I have been a long time patient of Dr Friedman. Recently I developed some pain near a tooth that had a crown. I called the office and was able to go in that same afternoon. The precious crown that I had in place for over 50 years had fractured and failed. I was fitted with a new crown and the pain is gone. Thank you Mod Squad Dental. You have always been there for me. "I had a hygiene appointment with Angela, and she was just amazing! She had a gentle hand when it came time for the cavitron. That's the part I usually feel most discomfort, and with Angela it was a breeze. As someone who has teeth sensitive and anxiety from all the noise, she gave me a relaxing pain free cleanian. With that being said, this was the most detailed cleaning I've had as an adult. The office is so nice and clean,as well as 5⭐️ customer service!"

"Horrible experience. I had 2 crowns put in that were so poorly fitted, one ended up getting infected. I needed a root canal. Insurance wouldn't cover it because it would only been a year and a half. I ended up paying $3000 to get one fixed from another dentist. I still have to get that one fixed so that will be another $3000. Stay away from them unless you like root canals and $6000 bills that insurance won't cover. 0 stars. I see Mod Squad responded to my review. (Publicly)I did contact them regarding this issue. I suggested a refund to cover the fees I paid to correct the mistakes. I was told basically to pound sand. They could not help me out because "corporate" would not allow it. So much for the personal touch. Meanwhile, I am out $3000 and will have to pay more to correct the other crown's issues."
