"Dr Riedler was the kindest, most patient dentist and always had a gentle hand. He cared for his patients. He was my dentist for over 30 years. It’s hard to find a good Dr like him. If anyone knows of a good Dentist, please post. Dr Zak’s office over charges and won’t complete simple procedures in one day. After xrays I already had a bill of $1500 after they charged my insurance, before I had anything done.They want you to have unnecessary procedures so they can charge as much as they can. I did find a dentist that is so much cheaper than the Zak office. The five stars are for Dr Riedler.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I had an average experience at Zak dental. I went in for my initial appointment where they x-rayed me. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. However, the x-ray tech seemed on edge, which is not something I want when a person is working closely with me. When he didn't get the image he wanted, he let out an angry sound, letting his frustration show! In my past experiences with x-rays, the x-ray tech is friendly, personable, and if they don't get something right, they find a way to communicate that in a positive, professional manner. I can understand the need to work quickly, but not at the expense of good customer service."

"Save your money and head aches. Don't go here. They take forever to answer the phone and when they do the excuse is we busy because of Covid19. One of my tooth was hurting and they had to schedule me for three different appointments before I saw the dentist plus I had to pay upfront money 150 to see the specialist who only saw my mouth for approximately 20 seconds. Really hard to communicate with them, takes weeks for them to call you back. Negative stars miss the previous dentist Mark Riedler"

"Dr. Riedler was the best dentist. He retired and sold the business to Dr. Zak Dental Care. I took my granddaughters in for the usual X-rays, exam, cleaning, polishing. I always plan to take them on the holiday so they don’t miss school. We were there for an hour and twelve minutes for an X-ray and exam. They said I had to make another appointment for the cleaning. They were not busy. My daughter was in the waiting room and said another lady was complaining in the front office about the same thing and they explained that exam, cleaning, and polishing are three separate appointments.-ridiculous!!! To make matters worse, the dentist had suggested we get a loose baby tooth pulled to make room for the adult tooth. I don’t know about your experience but my experience is that they fall out on there own. Only three of Dr Riedlers staff stayed with the new company...they had been with Dr Riedler for years! That is saying something. Me and our 14 family members are looking for a new dentist!"

"DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST! IT'S A SCAM. I needed a simple cleaning and this office had me come in 2 days in a row. They refused to do the cleaning on the same day, so I ended up using both of my 2019 insurance visits on one cleaning. They charged me for the office visit both days, additional fees each day that they could not explain, and tried to charge me $20 additional for the cleaning which was fully covered by my insurance. After all of that, my teeth still aren't clean so I'm stuck going out of pocket for a real dentist to clean my teeth. I recommend seeking services elsewhere."
