"This office was horribly unorganized and unprofessional. It took a month to get an appointment and several days before the appointment they called me to tell me they didnt have my referral.... well they had called me to schedule the apt to begin with because my pcp sent a referral so I told them that with the response of "o that was a month ago" yes yes it was. I arrive at the appointment and they dont have my labs or the ultrasound that I had done before my appointment nor do they have any of my previous records from my previous nephrologist.... the appointment has been scheduled for over a month why was none of this obtained before my appointment? They then proceeded to call my pcp and discuss my last labs while they had me sit in the lobby with other patients and we could all hear them discussing the medical records I definitely didnt feeling like my medical details mattered let alone were being kept private the dr got snappy with me that I was irritated they had none of my records and told me "dont get mad at me that's not my fault" whose fault is it? If a release was needed I would have signed it to obtain the records what is the point of seeing a new patient if you have not obtained any of their records to know what their diagnosis is? They want me to have labs done again and come back in 2 months I will be finding a new provider instead of returning the physician was not informative and was extremely condescending and provided no medical services during my visit"
