"I went I last week to get a full set. Horrible work done had to pay to get them fixed the same day. Then three nails broke they said I need to cut them down and the lady quoted $5. Um I paid to get a full set that I had to pay again to get them corrected and now you want to charge me again. The owner was very nice but the ladies doing the nails is horrible. I’d suggest going to another place. Don’t waste your time or money here. Old old nail products. Not very clean."

"DO NOT GO HERE! If you are looking for a good nail spot let me just say this is not it. I came in once for a regular gel mani and was truly so so disappointed. The paint job was awful and extremely chunky. The actual manicure was awful no cuticle care. My sister returned shortly after me for a basic full set and they were so awful and when tried to go back and asked them to fix it they were so unprofessional and claimed it was her fault. A bad paint job, horrible filing and shaping and bulky acrylic is soley on the manicurist."

"Tea and Kathy are wonderful! Tea did my hand nails, she listened carefully to what I exactly want and did a great job doing it. Kathy did my pedicure and gel polish for my feet before. she did a wonderful foot massage and also did a really nice head and neck massage after my facial. it was so good that my migraine headache was gone by the time I left their salon. I would give more than 5star to their customer service if I could. I went to multiple places near me to do my nails but then I end up coming back to here because, other places either do my nails so thick and unnatural or they spend so much time on it yet not getting the result I want. 5 star for Heavenly's customer service, nail and facial services, timing and prices. btw they don't require appointments which is great."

"I’ve been here twice. The first time was great- I had a gel mani/reg pedi and both lasted for 5 weeks! They talked me into going back to gel after doing powder dip at another place for a while, due to the weakness of my nails. It looked great and lasted. So I went back. This time the girl had a hard time getting the old polish off. She worked fast and hard, using a nail cutter and cuticle trimmer to scrape it off, scraping layers of my already weak nails with it. She cut two of my fingers and they were red and sore for days. The polish looks great still 10 days later, but one nail is split beneath the polish and bends in a way that a nail shouldn’t because it is now so thin. I wish I could remember the names, but they are hard Vietnamese names like My or Ly or May- and I don’t remember. I will say the girl who did my nails the first time spoke very good English, but no one else there does- this usually doesn’t bother me, but I did have a hard time understanding them."
