I do like that you can pre register online so when you come in, all of that’s handled. Make sure they’re in your network before arriving, they weren’t in ours but we self paid and stayed. "I went in to the Urgent Care for abdominal pain. Get examined and told it was just gas. Had to ask for an ultrasound. A week goes by, CareNow never sent the referral. I had to call both places for 3 days to get it sent. Then after getting the ultrasound done, it took another week for them to not receive my reports. After another week of ME CALLING and physically getting hard copies brought right to the desk. The Dr tells me I'm fine without even looking. They offer to send another referral to a GI s. Nothing.ecialist. A week goes by, nothing. I call the GI and they say they're backed up. Give them another week. I call today to get a follow-up. CareNow STILL has not sent a referral. I'm never coming here again. Worst service or medical experience I've ever had."
