"I needed a dentist, but not just any dentist. I needed one who truly cared about my teeth and not just how much money the insurance company would cover. I looked at dozens of dentists that are in my United Healthcare insurance network, and read all the reviews for ones I considered. I really liked the reviews for Smiles of San Marcos. I made an appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a hello and quickly tended to. The waiting area has all the comforts of home. I felt like I was at a friend’s house. By the time I left, I truly felt like I was leaving a friend’s home. And you will too. I am completely satisfied with the professionalism of Dr. Shepard and all of her staff. They cared about me as a person and that matters to me. Nowadays, it is hard to find quality customer service, and when getting dental work done, that has to be spot on. I was dissatisfied with my previous dentist, and promptly left them. I don’t see myself leaving Smiles of San Marcos to go anywhere else. I found where I am comfortable, appreciated as a client, and will continue to return."

"These Guys Are The BEST! Dr. Sheppard really listens to you to solve your problem. Dr Gavin the Endodontist is OUTSTANDING!!! I have had several Root Canals By him and never have had an issue. Did my root canal and some oral surgery. Pain Free!!! The Office is very efficient and jumps through Hoops to get you in and take care of you as quickly as possible.
