"This insurance company is the most low down chicken _ _ it company I have ever had dealings with they won't you to jump through hoops and deny you insurance because you are a full-time RVer they said that a FULL-TIME RVer is not a resident, but because they are a California company should have known better !!!!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst insurance to have if u ever have an accident. Their communication is very poor. They only cover tow from scene. Rental has to be payed out of pocket and reviewed to reimburse. I’ve been waiting on my estimate to be approved for 2 months. Escalating claim don’t do nun bc sup will promise to help but wont expedite nothing after that. I’ve been paying car payment for 2 months just for it to sit bc of their negligence.& u have to make an appointment to speak with them, which could be several days out. I DONT RECOMMEND! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, and remember you get what you pay for."
"Worst insurance ever I’ve been waiting to receive a call about my car. I was also charged for a service that was included in my insurance. I’ve called them multiple times and have not gotten any real answers about my car situation. I’ve been more than helpful and the lack of help and competence is absurd."
"Whatever you do.. do NOT use Go safe insurance. They don't have adjusters. When they do, the adjuster "no longer is with the company" they use other companies for adjusters (ICA for example) my car has been in the mechanic for minor repairs since November 15th (today is December 8th) we've been waiting THIS long just for PAYMENT. Even though I've received an appraisal from Go insurance November 11th. DO. NOT. USE. GO INSURANCE. Thank me later!"
"Go Insurance has got to be the most horribly ran insurance company in the United States!! Their customer service is absolutely non existent! Their app crashes constantly and will not make themselves accessible or attempt to work with their paying customers. I demand a cancellation of my policy now!"
