"One of the worst experiences. The tech never soaked both my feet to soften the skin before trimming. She cut me bad enough on both big toes so that I’m still bleeding this morning. I will never go back!"

"Overall I had a very nice experience, been here for the 1st time, walked in last minute and they still were able to find time for me. My tech was really skilled and nice (Steven I believe). Very happy with the work he’s done, shaped the nails exactly the way I asked him to. I don’t know what are this all negative comments coming from. Will be definitely coming back. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars, is because the staff is constantly speaking and giggling on their language with each other, making clients feel awkward and uncomfortable."

"Had a great experience the other day! It’s been a little over a week so my little nails are a bit grown out at this point, but I’m happy with my gel manicure. The package of tools was opened just before use on my hands. The manicure wasn’t a long, drawn-out process, which I appreciate. I thought the pricing was great! $42 for a gel manicure and eyebrow wax. Tips are cash only, but they have an ATM."

"I should have kept reading the reviews before I came here. My experience wasn’t terrible until I requested a pointier nail than what he had done during the shaping process. The technician instead argued and proceeded to do whatever he wanted. I noticed every nail took on a different shape more specifically my thumb. The nail wasn’t placed straight instead it points to the left. Haha. After suggesting it be filed down to point to the center he blamed the shape of my finger. Hahaha I wish I was lying. I don’t want to make this review so long but basically it was downhill from here. He used clear powder instead of the color dip powder I wanted. So he needed to apply a gel color. He told me it was too late. Anyway. Nothing worse than getting the wrong nail job done and then having to pay $55 for them. SMH. The last pic is the color I wanted. Which is a dip powder. Not a gel."

"I spent over $150 getting a full set, manicure, and two pedicures for myself and a friend. My full set $55. I requested to have a Gel Compound set because I am allergic to acrylic. I was treated very badly because the nail tech was upset that he had to do them instead of another tech. I was treated very rude. The worst part is I had to go back the next day because the gel was separating from the false nail due to improper application. Not mentioning that they looked horrible. After returning day 2, I requested a different nail tech. This set was no better. Again I had to come back the SAME day within an hour because she didn't properly apply 1 nail. (Both times the wrong application was not sanding the false nail so the product would stick.) These are not all the details of what happened. Sweet and short, the customer service is horrible and the technician quality is not much better."
