"The support staff is not at all helpful. They provided me a 10:30am appointment and when I arrived on time, I was told the appointment was at 10:00am. They were not even apologetic for the miscommunication. I requested to talk to Jimmy Wang and I was not allowed to. I called later to let Dr Jimmy Wang know of the incident and he was least concerned. I have this bad customer experience with the staff a couple of occasions before too, that I had ignored. But I guess it's time for everyone to know that this place does not care about customer experience. I will not recommend this place, find another place. Perhaps they think they are doing a favor to you and not a "service" that's being paid for."
