"I should have known better.... For convenience, I booked an appointment here to have a quick blow out and style weeks ago for my baby shower. I received a text message stating that my appointment was cancelled. I would have preferred a personal call to reschedule. When I called in to get clarification the person in the salon told me that I would need to book for a later time. I explained that it was for my baby shower and the time I booked had significance. She started to explain that the stylist I booked with was no longer at the company. I really don't care who blow dries my hair - it was more about having it done at a location close to my house and at the time/date I booked. Now, it is a week before I am supposed to be having the service done and it will be difficult to rebook. Terrible customer service! You get what you pay (or agree) to pay for I suppose...."

"On 5/21 I had an appointment for my wedding hair and makeup with Amber and she did not disappoint! She was friendly and professional! She did a great job with the help of the brow specialist and the girl who helped me at the counter was also pleasant. I’m happy with the services I received and would go back just to see that team."
