It did not fit my Invisalign so I immediately had to pay to get a new fit from my orthodontist and it shifted my bite significantly, causing me continued dental work from my once perfect bite. Better to pay full price from a 5 star dentist."

"I do not recommend Dr. Derakhshandeh to you, and this is for several reasons.One of the most important reasons is that I think the way the doctor works is unprofessional, and even his business ethics with patients is terrible, and I realized this in the first meeting I met with him to have my teeth examined.The second essential thing is that I did not arrange any examination or appointment with him after the first session. And he sent me an invoice that fixed my teeth, and I had to pay $ 140, but in the first session, I only went for an examination. And The assessment is free, and if there is a fee to be paid, the insurance will pay. Otherwise, the patient will be informed before starting work that the doctor had no experience in this field.The invoice I received was in May, and I had seen the doctor in February or March. That means after two or three months.The invoice I received was empty and without a description, nothing was done for me at that time and no explanation was mentioned, and it was not from the insurance company and it was from the doctor. "HORRIBLE I made a cleaning appointment for July 12 arriving 15 min as requested for paperwork. When I made the appointment I gave previous dr info so they could obtain the xrays taken 6 months prior. They tried to upsell me to get a 360 view stating it would be covered. I informed them I do not do xrays for no reason nor waste insurance money. I waited over 45 minutes for the dr to see me which was over 30 past my appointment time. Turns out the dr is also the only hands on in the office so he did the cleaning and exam. The initial descaling was a horrific experience as he pushed and pulled on my lips and face not to mention the piercing on the gums using only hand tools. He then proceeded to polish but I asked him for a minute to apply chapstick since my lips were hurting from the stretching he was putting on them. He did not respond but his body language appeared annoyed and inconvenienced. He proceeded to polish and again his aggressive hands on treatment made me extremely uncomfortable and in pain. I was, at that point, deciding never to return. The last step was dental floss...after several painful tears into my gums I stopped the treatment spoke up. I had mentioned several times during the previous steps that it was hurting but was dismissed. This time I said "I have had enough and can't take this anymore" to which he replied he was "merely using dental floss." As I was getting out of the chair I told him that "I have had enough and can't take the painful treatment anymore" and left."
