Reviews of Bellagio Nail Spa
"I asked for shorter nails and they gave me very long nails, I also asked for zebra print and they gave me literal stripes, then I said can I have stars and they gave me blobs. I’m going back tomorrow to get them redone I need my money back. Do not go here they messed up my nails so much."
"Stopped in as I had time to kill before an apptZ. They got me in asap. They were through and efficient."
"Oh man.. what to say. Its been a while since this happened, but I feel I should share my 5* experience. Tech/owner(?) did a poor job with my acrylics to the point that they broke off in less than 24 hours when I was merely putting a shirt on! When I went back, they wanted me to pay them MORE to fix it when I dropped like $200+ dollars the day before. They wouldn't refund the money, and despite being able to visibly see where the issue was and simply redoing those nails, they yelled at and berated me and treated me as though I was a simpleton. I was there for like 20 minutes pleading my case before they gave me a small portion of the money back and then REFUSING to fix my nails at all. So I was out 200 dollars, and a completely f'd up manicure. Pretty scummy. Never been treated like this anywhere else I've gone. They are needlessly petty and unprofessional. Wish I still had pictures of how bad it looked, because the tech was SO rough she caused me to bleed. I assume the tools were not sanitized right, because my finger was swollen and dripping pus from the wound despite me treating it at home. It was completely infected and part of my nailbed was exposed, thats how rough it was. I told them I have autoimmune issues and to be gentle, and for no reason she did the complete opposite. Guess she wanted the riffraff freaks to have such a bad experience that they stay out of her shop and never come back - which I am happy to oblige. The woman running the place is also weirdly rude to you if you're not some upper crust Stacey, which is disheartening because my friend and I were being kind and reasonable as we could. I have never had such badly applied acrylics in my life. I also paid for the more heavy duty plastic acrylics, as well as a gel polish. They used the generic nails, as well as a regular nail polish, yet I was STILL charged more. Considering I tipped them like $45 dollars, I was preeetty ticked off. Don't come here if you look weird and want to be treated like a person deserving of basic respect."
"Even I told her the lady cut my nails just a little bit and didn’t gave my nails time to soak in water. The polish is done bad! And she wanted me to leave immediately before drying. When I asked her why she just said ‘be careful’. It was even more expensive than other places and not professional made. I don’t recommend this place."
"Update: I went back to the salon because I couldn’t get in anywhere else and what a rip off! They kept giving me different treatments without telling me the price as if it was all inclusive. Then the price came out to be almost $100! Not worth it. I found a much more professional nail salon. I had a pedicure by a very nice gal. The entire time she and the other gals were chattering in their language, showing each other pictures and their iPhones, etc. It distracted from the relaxing experience and the lovely massage I was getting. She did a great job with my nails."
