"Went in for my x-rays and the dentist was awesome nice man. Day of my appointment the 2 young ladies where nice and the dentist was quick."
"Absolute worst experience in any medical or dental practice that I have personally been to or taken my children to. Practice is not family friendly. I was referred here by my sons, orthodontist for him to have his wisdom teeth removed. This office never picks up the phone and at the end of the call, prompts you to text them. The woman who responds to the text messages is an absolute nightmare. Zero professionalism. She actually argues through text. When I entered the office, I was not greeted however, a Hispanic mother, and her daughter were greeted as they walked in. I’m not sure if this is because I am Caucasian or if everyone receives this poor customer service. When you enter the building, there is a reception area with two seats, and a desk facing the door. The woman at the front desk, who again did not greet me let the Hispanic mother and her daughter walk to the waiting area behind her where there are clearly more than a dozen seats. She called my son‘s name, and seeing that I also had my seven-year-old daughter with me, told me, “(my sons name) is allowed in the waiting room with one parent but THEY are not permitted and will have to wait outside.” I corrected her and called my daughter a “she” and told her I am a single parent and since they do have a posted sign that parents are not allowed in the treatment area, I don’t know why since I have to stay in the waiting area anyhow in there while we’re waiting for my son, my daughter cannot just sit on my lap. The front desk woman proceeded to tell me that they receive too many patients and my daughter and I would have to wait outside. It is also 8 AM and winter. Additionally, they only offer Saturday mornings for wisdom teeth removal, which creates a childcare hardship. I let my minor-son go into the waiting room alone, my daughter and I went to sit outside on the concrete in front of the Dental office. Seeing all the empty chairs from outside the office and hearing my daughter ask me why we can’t go inside and that she’s cold prompted my review. After taking a photo of the front of the office and starting my review, the front desk woman came out and said she got permission for my daughter and I to go into the waiting area. I refused and told her that this is their policy and their practice I would remain outside their door. She came back outside again to let me know that someone was ready to talk to me about my sons aftercare. I walked inside with my daughter and listened. One last man came to the door and asked for me and my daughter to come back into the treatment area, which has a sign posted that no parents are supposed to enter and the doctor entered and explained the procedure to me. The doctor was super pleasant. It’s a shame because It is really administrative individual that is bringing this practice down. From my initial attempts to reach this practice by phone, which were never successful, to my text messages where someone literally was giving me attitude as they were operating on behalf of the practice, to the horrible service my family received at checkin which was not equitable and downright discriminatory. The entire duration of my visit there were open chairs inside where it was warm, Seats that customers, such as myself that are funding this practice should have had access to. At no point were all of the seats taken. Bottom line, as parents, and as customers, we have a choice where we take our children to receive care. Crown dental will never again receive business from my family. I hope this practice can grow and transform itself into an equitable business that prioritizes its customers and holds bad employees accountable."
"The last time I went here was Horrible. The Receptionists in the front were Rude when I asked a Question I was told to sit down. Never was helped. This Place I was Failed meaning I had a Cavity it was not taken care of here with Several appointments. Several. Everything gets denied. Dr jokes you have to soeak Swahili. Went to Insurance so many times and they do not put in what is needed to get an approval for me So now I was sent to another Dentist for a root canal and they need to do so much more work now on my teeth. They kept asking me why didn’t Crown Dental fill your cavity? They sent me here I told them. Now I have thousands of dollars in Dental. Crown Dental failed me. When you tell Dr Ness his hands are very strong and it is hurting very bad and I am uncomfortable. It should be heard instead of dismissed. Not happy with the lack of Treatment here."
"This dental office is so rude. I came here to get a root canal done for my son and the lady at the front desk had the worst attitude ever. I was telling her I didn't have some stuff and when she responded it wasn't professional at all. Then there's a lady that sit on the right side of the office in her own box, she comes to me and tell me I need to go wait in my car while my son is getting his root canal done cause they only allow one parent and one child. I had both of my babies with me and I told her I was just inside with my kids the other day and it wasn't a problem and she go say it's they policy. She was just rude about everything and I told her she was rude and she had the nerves to tell me to tell my dental office to send me somewhere else and I don't have to come back here. First off I'm not leaving my child under y'all care to go sit in my car. Anything can happen from the moment u get off of the phone with me till I get back to the office. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE. I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE."
"I’m making this review on behalf of my girlfriend as she wasn’t allowed to update her previous review. Very professional and quick! I've said it before but here's an update. I was told it'll take 3 weeks to approve me to get my wisdom teeth removed and in less than a week I got approved! With that been said I got approved on Thursday 4/27 and yesterday 4/29 I got my wisdom teeth removed, I was given all post op instructions, and was prescribed medicine. The dentist did such a quick and fast job, I also let them know I was nervous and they kept reassuring me and made me feel better.. I really appreciate how quick and easy they made this process for me. It's now Sunday 4/30 and I don't feel as bad as I thought I would. The dentist had told me which side he believed would hurt the most after the anesthesia went away and let me tell you he was not wrong I'm glad he mentioned that because I started icing that side as soon as I got home and now it hurts but it isn't too swollen! This place really cares about their patients and their patients time. Highly recommended. I also want to add that after getting my wisdom teeth removed, it was hard for me to speak and they caught that really quick so I would communicate with the staff by typing a note and showing them. They’re super understanding thank you to the staff there. -Jessica"
