The business is a bit shady, as they always tell you that you have cavity during a regular cleaning, and ask you to make a decision to remove cavity on the spot. Then after the visit, they will send you a bill that's a couple hundred dollar. Also during cleaning they won't tell you fluoride is extra $, and ask you to make payment at the end of the cleaning. After I stopped going to Dr. Patel and started going to other practices, I noticed how other places do things differently. They would tell you that you have cavity during a cleaning, and you can decide at the end if you'd like to get that taken care of next time. And they thoroughly check your insurance to let you know how much you will owe for the procedure. This place is too shady, don't check your insurance first and will hit you with surprise bills nonstop."

"I had an awful experience at Jagruti Patel Dental Office that left me frustrated and unsatisfied. I visited the office for a teeth cleaning, but the dentist noticed a small cavity that she claimed wasn't a big deal and said I could ignore it if I wanted to. However, despite her initial statement, the dentist insisted on treating the cavity anyway. When I returned for the treatment and paid my share, I was shocked to receive a bill of $600, which my insurance disagreed with due to the high charges. Now, the dental office is pressuring me to pay the remaining balance. I contacted the office to express my concerns, but the receptionist dismissed them, stating that's just how things are. It's frustrating to be charged $600 for a procedure that the entire office visit for it took less than 5 minutes! Why didn't they inform me about their dishonest and unfair practices from the start? This situation has left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of by the staff at Jagruti Patel Dental Office."
