"Blown away at what happened this morning. I work in a salon and totally understand that people run late, but this was just not the case. I had an 8am massage, got here and no one was here. Waited 20 minutes and eventually see my masseuse waiting outside. She told me she was calling her boss because no one was here yet. At 8:30 the front desk girl gets here and when I go in she ends up telling me “Sorry I don’t usually get scheduled at 8:00 only 8:30”. She said “I wish someone told me”. Told you your schedule?!? That’s great and all but you guys open at 8:00am, therefore someone should probably be here at 7:30 to open this place up. They made an excuse for everything they could which was not even worth going back and fourth about. Ended up telling me I’d only get a 20-30 minute massage. This was my second time getting cancelled. I’m pissed. The most unprofessional upsetting experience. Glad I woke up at 7am on my 1 day off of work, just for this to happen. Way to gooooooo massage envy"
