"Rude doctor that laughed in my face while I was trying to explain my symptoms and what had been going on for years. I do not recommend the male doctor and as soon as I get his name I will be posting it as well. Head my warning especially if you’re a female, he’s rude and egotistical. I was suppose to have a 45 minute appointment but left within 10 minutes because he didn’t care to ask any questions and ignored everything that I said. I will not be going back and will be cancelling all scheduled appointments that I have with him. Also the front desk ladies were rude as hell. This is my first visit with the doctor that I had and I’m new this this facility as well so I didn’t exactly know the name of the doctor that I was seeing and they kept pressuring me to remember the name instead of just checking me by my last name like they did to the patients before me. Overall hated my experience. I’m sticking with Vanderbilt, I thought a Christian/Catholic (can’t remember which one) hospital would treat their patients right but looks can be decieving. There is nothing godly about this place. Im just glad that I had another sleep doctor appointment scheduled with Vanderbilt and that it went well because I would have hated having to use this one until I could switch over but now I don’t have to. I hope this place gets shut down, that’s how ticked off I am about my experience and I hope nothing good to the employees that I had encountered the day of my appointment. At Vanderbilt I spent an hour going over every possible reason as to why I couldn’t sleep and what treatments could work. Felt very reassuring and the doctor was 10 times better than the one I was given here where the doctor couldn’t even spare the 45 minute visit I paid for out of my own pockets. I really wish I could get that money back because I definitely spent more time in the waiting room/lobby than I did in my appointment."

"Doctor would not listen to my questions and just rolled his eyes and was quite rude. He did not seem interested in trying to help me with my sleep issues. Other staff seemed good and wait times were generally short."

"The office team is very quick at checking you in. I never have to wait long to see Dr. Coller. I am only in his office for a short time. He is very thorough."

"Honestly, I had a little bit of an issue first scheduling, but I have a lot going and take fault for not taking the time to completely understand the process. The experience as a whole was top-notch, thorough, and hard to find in the medical field. Huge shout out to Dr Coller and Holly. You folks are masters of your craft and congrats on all of your success."

"I had the best experience! As I walked back to the exam room. Dr Coller was at the counter and he made a point to stop what he was doing and say “ Good morning” and greeted me. It was obvious he was busy. Yet he made a point to stop to address me. I thanked him for it. He seemed surprised. Very sad that we should be surprised at someone greeting another person. It was so lovely. Then his demeanor in handling me and asking permission each time he wanted to share or explain something to me. He was so respectful. He was engaging. As well as used a calm soft voice that just put me at ease. It was literally the best experience I have ever had at a first doctor appointment. Thank you"
