"I received good care at this dentist; however, the receptionist did not inform me that they are out of network when I asked about my insurance coverage before making the appointment, which led to a high bill afterwards. When I called to ask why, the receptionist responded that they technically take my insurance but it is their practice to never inform patients of in-network vs out of network in order to “not confuse them.” Pretty disappointed in this response and this behavior. I recommend double checking this information on your own as it seems you can’t trust you’ll get the full picture from the dental provider, and this is a lesson learned on my end. Everyone just wants to make a buck these days!"

"Very knowledgeable dentists and great staff. They have a Solea Hard tissue laser, which they used on me for 3 fillings. I hate needles so I always avoid the dentist, but they made me feel very at ease. The laser makes it so they don't have to numb me, meaning not needles... The laser actually numbs the tooth! I felt nothing! I highly recommend this office to anyone who is dental-phobic."
