"Very good dentists. Everything was clean and on time. They took their time on explaining every step and showed me every steps and what they plan to do. Defiantly recommending them"
"I will like to give a big shout out to Ruby for always taking care of my daughter every time she comes in. She makes us feel at home and is always giving us advice with any question we come across. Thank you for all your hard work! You are amazing."
"*update and score change* - My original, unedited review is included below as it is an accurate portrayal of my experience. I am updating my review because the management at KM Dental reached out to me. I learned that that same leadership verified my story internally before calling, and that my story checks out. We had a candid conversation without anger or resentment. Their leadership took full responsibility, but not to simply salve my wounds - I got the impression that they sincerely mean to make changes and provider better service to their customers. A company is defined by its culture, and the people in charge of the culture at KM Dental seem to Care about doing a good job. While I personally won't be returning, my wife and especially my three kids will continue to use KM Dental (my kids love their pediatric dentistry!). Lots of luck to them in their continued pursuit of running a good business. ------------------------------------ Overall terrible experience from start to finish. The two employees that took X-rays were impersonal and unprofessional. One seemed to be learning from the other, which is understandable and not an issue, but they made no effort to communicate with me or check in to see if I was in pain - which I was. Both the trainee and the more experienced employee hurt my mouth when taking X-rays. And because the trainee was making some mistakes, that had to keep taking X-rays over to get better pics. More pain, more radiation exposure, more annoyance. When I finally got fed up with being hurt, I asked if they could finish their training at another time because I was in pain and wanted to be done. In response they switched to speaking only in Spanish, which I do not speak. After a few verbal exchanges they both left the room and a third person came in who did a Much better job but made no apologies for the experience up to that point. So the first 15 mins was bad, let’s see how the cleaning goes. The cleaning went poorly too. The water used to rinse tasted horrible - and not just a little off like various municipalities water supplies, but Bad. The assistant that did the polishing kept hitting my lip, without acknowledging it or preventing it. And she mumbled/whispered everything she said so I had no clue what to do to make things better. There were other parts of the experience that made it the worst dental visit of my life even though I had no cavities or significant dental issues, as usual. Suffice to say I won’t go back."
"Poor communication with staff. Office is only opened 2 days a week unless an emergency. They remind you about your appointment with email, text and call. Former patient for braces (son, 11). Make sure you know what you are agreeing to financially and definitely make sure you are getting all the services that come with your phase. My son was seen at this office for phase 1 orthodontic treatment. His braces were removed in July. He never received his retainer and I was never informed about it before getting his braces removed. This definitely felt like a scam! If you are considering braces for your child, I recommend getting a second opinion. I was offered a consultation for phase 2 at this office, like, are you kidding me…"
"Very friendly and helpful staff! I was so nervous to get my x-rays done due to my gag reflex but one of the staff members was able to make my experience relaxing. Definitely looking forwards to my next check up!!"
