"Dr. Saiki and his staff treat you like family even if you only see them a few times a year. They have provided excellent care to my wife and her family for over 30 years since she was a child, and now for me and my kids since moving back to the area. Originally when returning from the Midwest I chose a dentist closer to home in Carlsbad and was talked into replacing some old fillings. Huge mistake!! There were complications for months to come that were not resolved by multiple return visits. My wife checked in with Dr. Saiki’s office to see if they were accepting patients although it is a little bit further of a drive for us. Dr. Saiki helped fix my issue at the time and has since maintained a mindset that we don’t force any dental work unless absolutely called for. I feel completely taken care of and never worried that I’ll be suggested to do anything extra to try to make more money me. "Best dentist ever. If you’ve had previous traumatic dental experiences, the Dr. Saiki is the dentist to see. His entire staff cares about your well being, work hard to help you feel safe and not terrified. They help me maximize my treatment using my insurance. I have overcome my complete fear of dentist and the panic attacks I was having, by seeing Dr. Saiki. He is kind and patient, along with being gentle. He takes his time numbing you up so you don’t feel the shots at all. I was avoiding the dentist due to some horrific recent experiences and now I’m comfortable going and can walk in with a smile on my face knowing I’m going to be taken care of. They are honest and do not try to rip you or your insurance off. I highly recommended them and am thankful to have been referred to such a caring and amazing dentist, with an entire support team to help you with all of your dental needs."
