"Bait and switch and behavior of a used car lot: I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning. Upon arriving, I was immediately informed that I could not get my teeth cleaned without partaking in additional services (several x-rays, a doctor assessment, etc.). All this information was readily available with a push of a button for the practice but was omitted from me when I made the appointment. I understand that dentistry is not the most high-brow industry; still, there should be a minimum expectation of professional conduct."

"I went for my crown replacement 5 months back. The original crown was done 10 years back. The procedure went smoothly but the bite adjustment did not. I had to go 3 times for the temporary crown and multiple times for the permanent one. I had severe pain and did not know that it was because my bite was off. When I mentioned my bite was off, they worked on it but did not take enough time till it was fully corrected. I scheduled appointments with both the doctors and had the same experience. It felt like they were in a hurry for this step and did not listen to how I was feeling. I remember going one time to adjust my bite when I did my crown 10 years back by Dr.Deangelis who used to work back here in this office. I went back to her for one appointment and she was patient and took enough time to adjust my bite. It felt good to be without pain and have my bite restored. I have been with this dental office for 15 years and have seen some wonderful doctors in the past. I will no longer be coming here. I have changed my dentist to someone who can listen and help me from the beginning of a procedure till the end."
