If your appointment is at 10, that’s the time you will be seen. You won’t sit in a waiting room for hours. "Terrible experience, I do not recommend this practice. They repeated x rays unnecessarily and then billed me for them since my insurance obviously refused to pay for them. To clarify, I moved to the area recently and had detailed dental records and x rays from my previous dentist. I had spoken to the front office before I came in and asked them if they wanted these records forwarded especially since some X-rays aren’t repeated every year. I was told that they did not need the previous X-rays since the X-rays they planned to do are the ones needed every year and will be covered by my insurance. They did not communicate clearly and then proceeded to do a full set of X-rays that were not needed and are done only once in five years and that I could have easily emailed them in advance. I received a bill for these X-rays two weeks later. Again, I do not recommend this practice, I feel that they do unnecessarily procedures and do not care about patients. I would not feel safe using their services again."
