"This was literally the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. For one...their name is Four Seasons Nails, not Jojo-Nails. Before I even getting into the actual experience, I was quoted $32-38 for the pedicure and ended up paying $54 because I got gel...what?! The lady that did my full set started off by immediately trying to fit my nails to Gel-X without even asking. I told her I don't want it because of the length. From that moment on, it was hell. I would feel a burning sensation and tell her that...she would just yank on my hand and keep going and it would still burn. She cut the side of my finger and had no regard. I asked for a French tip and the lines aren't straight and when I left I had nail polish and glue all over my hands. I communicated to her everything and she didn't care. I made my appointment at 5 PM...they close at 6 PM...I didn't leave till 7:30 PM. And maybe she wanted to go home and I was her last client, maybe. But don't take it out on me. I paid a total of $122 for everything, not including tip. Never ever ever going back again."

"The lady who did my nails treated me like she was punishing me for doing my nails. She scrubbed so hard on my nails that she made one of my fingers bleed. She was really rough when doing the dip part."

"The lady literally ripped my nails off I was in so much pain and told her. I usually go here for dip and love it. I recently went to get dip but the lady gave me gel. I had dip nails and instead of putting my nails in alcohol to take it off she literally went underneath the dip and rip my long nails off. I should’ve took a picture. She then clipped them because the unevenness from them being ripped and gave me what I didn’t want which was gel. I’m scared to comeback or even go get a manicure again. Worst painful experience."

"Horrible. I took my friend as a birthday gift we both got full sets with pedicures cost over 230$ which I would have paid happily except my friend who’s birthday it was got the WORST service we have ever had at a nail salon. Lady doing her nails cut her several times all the while talking to everyone around her not paying attention. She set the nails wrong and when asked to straighten them she got upset and went to help with eyebrows instead. She came back and cared even less about her work. My friend said never mind to the gel paint and she no longer wanted the nails and when we brought this up to the man at the reception area he said that’s so sad it will be 230$ and he said we can make a different appointment to fix the nails. Laughing unbelievingly I said I won’t be returning and neither will my friend paid the man and left wondering how you could not care about your customers. Don’t recommend anyone to come here."
