"AVOID AVOID AVOID! A really poor experience through and through. I went in for a cleaning and new retainer to be made. I have worn retainers most of my life after my invisalign treatment and had no problems with those sets. Coming to this office the Dentist recommended a fixed retainer and nightguard even after I informed him that a fixed retainer is not a viable solution for me and that I would just like new retainers though he was trying to sell me otherwise. They reluctantly took an impression, took two weeks for the retainers to be made and then during the fitting tried to force the wrong retainers onto my teeth, retainers that were made for someone else. I finally received the correct set and within two weeks they cracked unlike any of the other retainers ive had. Now they're attempting to force me to receive the fixed retainer or I have to pay out of pocket again >$700 for a new poor quality retainer. A completely unacceptable experience when selling poor quality products."
