"Got a French manicure, only polish. They tried to INSIST I get gel, which I had to decline multiple times. Manicure flaked off next day entirely on all my nails from nothing but running my fingers through my hair... Absolute waste of money, salon quality nail polish should not behave like that. Very disappointing."

"I decided to try this shop since it was conveniently located and they were available for a walk in. I regret that decision. I paid 48.00 for a fill and one nail replacement. The tech layered on the gel so thick my nails look ridiculous. On top of that I was cut with the electric file badly. Took days to heal with bandages and antibiotic ointment. Needless to say I will not return and cannot recommend. Can't believe I'm still sporting this gel."

"Only one person there apparently can do pink and white nails and they weren’t there today so the nail tech gave it their best try and this is what I left with. I came here twice in a row recently and was charged (cash price) $130 + tip for a pink and white fill where they only refilled the pink except for the two missing nails that popped off from the last time I was there 2 weeks ago plus gel pedicure. The nails that were still on when I arrived were all lifting after just 14 days. I’ve always been understanding when things couldn’t be done to my expectations but I have no interest in arguing with management to “make it better”. This tech should be ashamed of his work, not laughing it off when I showed the manager my nails at check out. Pedicures here are nice, but manicures simply are not. I’ve given this place so many chances over the years because they are so close to home but after my most recent trip I just can’t anymore. Fair warning, if you need nails removed they painfully tear them off with a nail tip, instead of soaking them off which is a far gentler experience. Their clear pink acrylic came out super bubbly and shows the clear nail tip horribly underneath because they did the white first instead of the pink leaving white acrylic scrapes that were not taken off appropriately. TLDR: if you want anything other than plain, one-color, gel painted nails don’t even bother. Even then, I’d still try somewhere else."
