"I was a patient up until last week. I had been seeing them because of a neck fusion I had. I then had a rotator cuff surgery. My Dr did not increase my meds after my surgery. So I had over taken them. I told my surgeon and he wanted a letter from the pain group saying I was fired for over taking my meds. Well, I had misunderstood him and I just signed myself out with the ASSURANCE that I could come back a anytime That is where it all fell apart!! I was out of medication and had been to physical therapy so I was really hurting. I went to the clinic to see if I could let them know I had over taken my meds so I could get the exact letter my surgeon wanted. I initially did not want to get “fired” from the clinic. So, I never told them that. I went up to the front desk where the site lady sits and takes your name and checks you in and I nicely told her I needed to speak with someone about an issue I had. Gave her my name and birthday, she told me to have a seat and I did. After a minute she called me back up and told me I was no longer a patient so can’t come back for a year because I signed myself out. I tried to explain I was assured I could come back. She kept arguing no I could not and telling me for that reason I could not speak to anyone. I saw the lady who assured me I could come back and I pointed her out. She came up to the window as the glass was shut and their heads were turned only to have the receptionist open the window and tell me I FAILED my drug test so I needed to go. I was a little upset by this point. Remember, all I came in for was a new letter. I wanted to see that failed drug test that never was shown but the actual Dr came out and got me. I thought great, now I will get somewhere. Not a chance! He basically said he did not care if his employees lied to me. Also, I got a new letter alright, it was checked that I was released for threatening behavior towards staff and so on! If you go there, one ing I know is they will lie to you about anything, even if you fail your drug test or not! BEWARE"

"My Dr. I see is Amanda Larson. She's so sweet and always works with me to find a solution to whatever problem I'm having and I have alot of medical problems so for her to put up with me and everything I have going on is awesome! She listens, she cares and you can tell she loves her job and working with people. The office staff there at the Mt. Juliet office are all so nice! There's never a wait more than 5 minutes or so every time I go. Thank you to everyone at this office for always making my visit easy and stress free!"

"I have been with PMG for almost a year and Dr Tran is one of the only doctors I've had that actually tries to help solve my issues. He tries to get to the bottom of the problem. He is kind, courteous and listens to me and always does his best to treat me and I've never had a bad experience.
