"I have been going here for over 3 years. I recently had a change up of insurance plans and made them aware of it before my regualr teeth cleaning. They didnt do the proper pre-check and waited until after the service to tell me that I wasnt actually covered under that plan and charged me a crazy high amount of 140$ for a cleaning. I told them I would have ot change dentists now and they didnt even care. Like any patient is just disposable. I was very disappointed by that. Otherwise the staff was always great and they had become like family. Dr Becker usually seems pretty honest and upfront. Disappointed by the one situation and am changing dentists now becasue of them not even willing to work with me on that."
