"I’ve been attending Dr. Mojaver’s Modern Dentistry office for about 5 years now and I can’t state a single negative opinion about this place. The staff is really attentive and nice. Always greeted with a smile and appointments always run on time. Dr. Mojaver has always listened to my concerns and acted accordingly to fulfill my needs. Andrea has been helping me tremendously if I ever have questions regarding billing, appointments, and even planned care. Definetly will keep as mi primary dentist."
"I have been a customer for about two years now, and have had very good treatment and outcomes with Modern Dentistry. For routine cleaning, the dental hygienists are excellent, and the dental reviews prompt. The office keeps good track of x-rays so they don't have to create new ones for each routine visit. Recently, I broke a tooth on Sunday, and called in Monday morning. They fit me into the schedule that same day (!!), in the afternoon, where the dentist could review the broken tooth and make an assessment. I needed a crown and they rescheduled me for a later date, where the time would be available for the longer procedure, with the proper materials. This kind of responsiveness, in both the triage and treatment, is superb and makes the 30-minute drive to their office worth it."
"I cannot bear any more about how they treat our family after being over 10 years of loyal customer. Let me briefly explain it here. We had an issue with my wife’s night-guard last year, and Dr. Mojav didn’t clean up after cut the edges to fit it and put it into her mouse with lots of plastic kind of residues on it. We asked the dangerous of the situation, and he replied basically saying that it’ll be safe as the harmful of the material is unknown. So I asked again to get more detail but he just replied he cannot work with our family any more, since we cannot trust him. We were really shocked from the response and then soon after the office sent us the family balance which includes many wrong information; they charged me what they didn’t submit a claim to the insurance or charge on service items which paid off already couple years ago. So I had to search all my records to verify that the invoice and found most of the items are incorrectly charged, so they corrected some of them. I had to do the same conversation several times till now but seems they didn’t care about this issues any more, except for charging more money to us, once they decided not to care our family. After long long conversation, they agreed to refund the remaining credit, but I found they still calculated incorrectly, so I asked to correct it but they didn’t response at all for more than a month now. I’m exhausted now and cannot bear any more, so writing this review, even I hesitated because of the relationship so far. However I saw their attitude was changed 180° differently, after the night guard issue occurred."
